A Small Bed & Breakfast for Outdoor Enthusiasts
and Breakfast Lovers!
ABOUT
Roanoke Boutique Hotel was created from a love for Roanoke and the Blue Ridge Mountains. We’re located in Greater Downtown Roanoke, a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Appalachian Trail, Carvin’s Cove bike trail system, and the Roanoke River Greenway. The c.a. 1890 Italianate home, known as the A.L. Gorley House, is in the Historic District of Roanoke, a lovely walkable neighborhood cherished by historic home lovers. We love the outdoors, so we can connect you to the best of the outdoor and downtown scene. We are close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough away for a quiet night's sleep.
Parking located just outside our door makes unloading and car access a breeze. In addition to on-street parking, off-street parking is also provided to guests for no additional fee.
Come visit the Heart of the Blue Ridge and hike or bike our trails, play in our rivers and climb our mountains!

Free Wifi
Wifi is available throughout the house and each guest room includes a flat screen 4k Sony smart TV with Netflix. There is no "live tv" in the house. If you need to watch "the game," there are several sports bars nearby.

Biking Trails
Roanoke's Greenway Paved Trail System grows each year. You can bike from the Inn to the Roanoke River Greenway and enjoy miles of safe, fairly flat and scenic riding. For MTB adventures, Carvin's Cove is just a 20 minute drive. Gravel Trails are also nearby.
Parking

On-street parking is just steps from the front door. Off-street parking, located in the rear of the property, near the locked bike/gear storage room makes unloading convenient. There is ample parking for up to 8 cars.
