Roanoke Boutique Hotel was created from a love for Roanoke and the Blue Ridge Mountains. We’re located in Greater Downtown Roanoke, a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Appalachian Trail, Carvin’s Cove bike trail system, and the Roanoke River. The c.a. 1890 Italianate home is in the Historic District of Roanoke, a lovely walkable neighborhood cherished by historic home lovers. We love the outdoors, so we can connect you to the best of the outdoor and downtown scene. Come visit the Heart of the Blue Ridge and hike or bike our trails, play in our rivers and climb our mountains!

We offer a complementary 8 am breakfast. You can choose to eat a traditional breakfast in our dining area, or choose a "contactless" room service continental breakfast. Eat in-room or al fresco on the porch. We can offer directions to several great local breakfast cafes, as well.
Wifi is available throughout the house and each guest room includes a flat screen 4k Sony TV with Netflix. There is no "live tv" in guest rooms. If you need to watch "the game," there are several sports bars nearby.
In-room and in-house bike storage. A locked bike stable is also available for secure storage of bikes and gear. We are lucky to be within walking distance of several bike shops. Roanoke also has an extensive Zagster bike rental system.
We are an eco-friendly inn. "Do Not Disturb" is assumed for guests staying one or two nights. Weeklong stays will be serviced halfway through the stay. Guests may request frequency of fresh towels.
Off-street parking, located in the rear of the property, near the locked bike/gear storage room makes unloading convenient. There is ample parking for up to 8 cars. Rear parking is for all inn guests and the owner, if needed.
Roanoke has a wide variety of activities within walking and driving distance. Ask for an itinerary that matches your interest. From trails to breweries, we can point you in the right direction.
